Excellent player, excellent condition, original lacquer and original owner. I've heard rumors that Bach made a few two piece bells before, but I've never seen one until now and I wasn't expecting this kind of fabrication. This is the larger size traditional German trombone, made to play a tenor or a bass part. These are really fabulous bass trombones that are Bach 50 style instruments, made in Germany (despite saying Courtois Paris on the bell) and feature a 9.5" one piece yellow brass bell, inline Hagmann valves, wide .562" yellow brass slide with ergonomic grip and edge bracing with the vibrabell mounting system. It hails from the UMI days and has the "King" engraving on the inside of the bell flare, so everyone knows what you're playing. or maybe it sounds better too! $13,000 SOLD, Here's a nearly new condition Conn 8D double french horn.
